Creativity abounds at the New London Hospital Art Reception!  Four talented area artists showcase their gems on the walls of the hospital. The Friends of New London Hospital are a volunteer philanthropic service-oriented group that supports the hospital including the art event.  Banana Leaf provided the hors d'oeuvres for the event last night. The Friends and artists sampled our Dragon Noodles, sushi, pork tenderloin with roasted pepper sauce, specialty beef rendang, salmon cakes, chicken sate bites along with vegetable crudite and fruit platter. We catered a 50-person mid-afternoon reception with appetizers and light snacks on June 8th in New London, New Hampshire. The vegetable sushi was a hit and guests were asking for the ingredients of  our signature cilantro ginger dipping sauce served with shrimp cocktail.
