It was a night to remember! A rare blizzard in October, guests navigating snow-covered roads from MA, grilling sates in the snowstorm, and a foot of white stuff on the ground this morning. Sarah's guests braved the slick roads for her big day and the turnout was great. Banana Leaf really enjoyed the experience with this warm and friendly group. What to do on a snowy night? Why not eat when you've got Summer Rolls, Sates, Salmon Cakes, Wings, Fried Meehoon, Bok Choy Salad, Beef Rendang, Green Curry Chicken, and Ma Po Tofu. And of course Coconut Pineapple Cake with cream cheese icing. I'm really glad we got the snow tires on early this year! Add Comment This year's Diversity Dinner and Contra Dance at Vermont Law School featured Kosher fare and foods from Mexico, Africa, and South East Asia. Banana Leaf was there to add our flair to the lively party with colorful vegetable sushi, succulent pork tenderloin with roasted pepper sauce, golden salmon cakes with a minty cucumber sauce, bok choy salad, and almond agar agar jelly with jackfruit and strawberries. What a party! Live music and line dancing! Yee Hah!! | AuthorBanana Leaf Catering owner and chef ArchivesFebruary 2012 CategoriesAll |
